Mxagent not starting

Hi all,
I just installed SIM 5.0 on hpux 11vi, but I cannot start the wizard. mxuser -lt tells me that mxagent need to be running.... take a look at my attach doc. You will see that the
a) mxagent is not running.
b) Processes pointing to(127.0.0.1 idle) loopback addr. instead of the host IP.

any help appreciated.

Did you run the mxinitconfig to initialize the postgres database and general configuration parameters?

Yes I did run mxinitconfig -a cmd. with no error. in the /var/opt/mx/logs/initconfig.log
Attach is copy of the logfile.
