mxnodesecurity list versus HPSIM view
Hi All,
Still fighting wbem, all of my carefully set up server specific wbem credentials for my virtual servers have gone global.
mxnodesecurity -l -p wbem lists them as being there.
But if I go into HPSIM they're listed as Global there for the servers. And all attempts to set them back to server specific are unsuccessful. It seems to accept the changes but when I return to the server specific settings no change has taken place.
Using mxnodesecurity to remove and add them is correctly listed by the -l function but again not in HPSIM's view of global versus server specific.
I deleted and let HPSIM re-create the nodesecurity.xml file and all was okay for a while but over the weekend something seems to have added a whole load of snmp entries to this file. And again using mxnodesecurity to list those doesn't seem to echo the view I get from HPSIM.
I think some of this weirdness is behind some of the other posts I've recently seen about virtual servers not being identified and wbem in general.
