Netware SNMP Problem
I am running NW6.5. All was well and was receiving snmp traps from our NW servers. Now I do not get any trap info. Runnning sim 5.0 and it can see the NW servers. I used the hpweb management and can login to the interface on port 2301. I set this up for one netware server in the system protocol settings for wbem. The wbem on the server indicates a failure (I unplugged a redundant power supply) but no alert is sent to sim.
We did put in a different firewall and for a unknown reason ALL snmp traffic stopped. I changed the IP address of sim and the microsoft servers are working. DNS is correct and the SNMP community strings are correct in the NW servers. The firewall address was NOT the same as the sim server but was similar except for the 3rd octet. I am out of answers to get the NW servers to work. ANY HELP is greatly appreciated. Thanks Jon

Re: Netware SNMP Problem
OK I think I got it. The ONLY thing I did not try was a reboot. Seems that you must reload the snmp.nlm, and that more or less will take a reboot.
