New Forum: 'Shared Scripts'

We've created a new forum called 'Shared Scripts' for the purpose of exchanging Tool Definition files (TDEFs) for adding functionality into hpSIM as well as scripts that are used to execute on the OS. This would include DOS/WIN32 batch files, Unix/Linux shell scripts and Perl (or anything else that applies).

I've kicked it off by posting the first one, a TDEF to call the Terminal Services Web Client.
