No PA data source was found with HTTP(S) datacomm

1. OVPM is v8.20 in Windows 2003 server
2. client system is Suse v9, it has OVO 8.0 installed, OVPA is v4.70.

Question:
Sometimes from OVPM it can't get process metric information and sometimes it works. What's happen ? How can I always get process metric data ?
