Not receiving Alerts

We just upgraded to to CIM 5.0 and now we aren't receiving email alerts when servers go down anymore nor is it showing up in the console as being down. Can someone please give me some detail info on what to do, I was tasked with this problem with no prior knowledge of this product. We have w2k3 servers Thanks for the help.

Hi Clyde,

Was it an in-place upgrade on the same server? What does the status of each monitored server show as?
Does Insight report the Product & OS Name correctly?
