Pager Configuration

I am trying to configure pager notification on SIM 4.2, but I can only find 2 fields to complete, the 'phone number and the PIN, my paging account has three numbers, the above plus a password.
There are fields to configure all three in Compaq Insight Manager 5.5, but I need assistance in SIM, can anyone help?
