Paging testing within SIM

Does anyone know how to send a test paging from SIM to verify the app and modem is working properly ?

Do it in stages.
You can use the HP Management Agent GUI on a Server to send a test trap.
This will trigger a Major Event.

You could then set up a task to e-mail yo based on this Event.
Once that's okay, start on the Paging Interface. At that point you'll see the event generated and should be able to track progress.
