Password reset for HP SIM login ?

Hi,

I'm running a very old HP SIM version 5 perhaps (C.05.03.01) so when I go to the following web page: 

https://localhost:50000/j_security_check

I cannot login due to my login is not accepted ? I'm a member of the Enterprise Administrator group in the Active Directory, but somehow I cannot login with my current AD password.

Can anyone please assit me here ?

My goal is to be able to look at the database so that I know and have some information to do the inline upgrade of HP SIM v 5 into version 7.1 that I have recently downloaded.

1. Wat error msg you are getting?

2. Are you trying to access that URL from a client machine on the network?

3. Did you try with https://<hostname>:50000

4. Does anyone changed the password recently?
