Perfomance Management Pack licensing - server list is empty

I have 5 ProLiant DL380 G4 Servers and 5 free licenses for Performance Management Pack.
Windows Server 2003 SP1 and SmartStart CD 7.30 including PSP are installed on all servers. SIM 5.0 with Performance Management Pack is installed on CMS. CMS is one of ProLiant DL380 G4.
On the Performance Management Pack licensing page the server list is empty, therefore I can not license any servers.
Could you help me, please?

Go to Options>Performance Management Pack Options>Configuration... page you'll have to click on the "Update server list" for the servers to be listed. Only then the servers gets listed and you have options to license and stuffs like that.

Re: Perfomance Management Pack licensing - server list is empty

Thank you for your reply, but that is not a solution. I did it many times on the Configuration page and on the Licensing page too, but the server list is empty as before. Any other ideas?

Ok. There is problem monitoring W2K3 SP1 machines when WBEM is also selected as a protocol to monitor from HPSIM. To overcome this problem, delete all the servers from HPSIM that you want to monitor using PMP, enable only SNMP as the management protocol and then rediscover them in HPSIM. After doing all these steps, go to PMP page and then click on "Update server list". It should now list all the servers.

I tried. Without success. Server list is empty.

Re: Perfomance Management Pack licensing - server list is empty

Excuse me, one additional detail. In the upper right corner of the PMP Licensing Page current user name Administrator is shown. But I login to SIM with another user name, it's look like \ and is not Administrator. Moreover, domain Administrator account is disabled and CMS is domain controller, therefore there is not local Administrator account.
