Performance Management Pack Configuration Problems

Running HP SIM 5.2 SP2 PMP 4.7.0 and have a couple of issues. Options/PMP/Configuration verify targets page comes up blank as in previous thread http://forums11.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?admit=109447626+1225559624147+28353475&threadId=1106129

Also, HP SIM software updates shows new PMP version of 4.7.1 is available but when downloaded the version info is 4.7.0 so will not update. Running C7000 enclosure with BL 460C blades with full ICE licensing.
Any help would be appreciated.
