After doing a fresh install of SIM 5.0 SP 4 my PMP isn't working correctly. 4 out of the 18 servers work fine. I try to go into configuration utility and that page won't come up now. I restarted the server and the service and get the same result. I was told that there would be a update for PMP coming out. Is 4.0.1 the current or is there an update for it?

Solution
4.0.1 is the latest version I'm aware of, but I've not checked in the last week.
I've found PMP is sensitive to SNMP Settings and correct server identification. Have a look there on the Servers that are not working.
The PMP Service takes a while to fire up before it will allow connections.
You can create a file pmplog.txt in the pmp directory. Restart PMP and details will be recorded here, it sometimes gives a bit of additional info.

Re: Performance Management Pack
What SNMP settings are you referring too? For the time being I have all of my servers set to request SNMP packets from all hosts. Sample Rate is at 120 and Samples is at 5.

Re: Performance Management Pack
If you have Allow All Hosts then that is part of it, W2K3 changed the default from Allow All to Allow Selected. You at least need localhost and the HPSIM/PMP Server to be added.
Also the Community Names need to match. You may still just use the default public and private, just check these are set in the HPSIM Global Settings. You can also check the Individual System Settings within HPSIM.
