Performance status asks for authorization

I am working on a proliant DL360 G4 and when I click on the performance status link from the HP SIM page it gives me an error saying that authorization is required. This has been working and I recently installed PSP 8.0 and ever since then.....No

Any ideas?

what do u mean by performance status? where it is exactly in SIM?

r u saying about health status?

I am on the table view of my servers and I click on the column heading of PF and then I get a new screen that says authorization required.
