PF - Error Authorization Required

PF - Error Authorization Required

Hello everybody,
When I click the PF-Icon or from the menu
"Optimize - PMP - Online Analisys.."
I get an error : Authorization Required
The Offline analisys and all reports work.
Who can help me ?

Addition :
I get the same error when I click
"Options - PMP options - Licensing..... or Configuring....."

It work before and I have no Idea what changed since then.
