Please Help with WMI

I am trying to get HPSIM to properly and completely identify non-HP machines (MY hp machines work great. It did work at one point but that was in a test environment now I can't get it working again. Here are some thoughts I had, please help:

What permisions does the WBEM account need to properly identify a machine?

How can I make it use the local admin account?

Any help getting this working would be really appreciated.
