PMP 4 Licensing problem - server does not have a serial no
I have a server that I was monitoring in PMP and it was licensed. Now when I look on the PMP admin page, it says server does not have a serial number. The server was not replaced nor any system board on it. The only thing that happened recently is Windows 2003 sp1 was installed. Could this have caused the issue? The system management homepage displays the serial number and elsewhere in SIM. Any ideas?

Re: PMP 4 Licensing problem - server does not have a serial no
Sometimes installtion of service pack leaves the Management Agents (installed on that system) in unstable condition & they doesn't respond properly. I think restart of Agent services or the affected system will help you.
Thanks.
Thanks.
