PMP

I am running SIM 5.0 SP4.
I attempted to install the PMP pack today.
I have configured the server with a licence.
On the homepage PF status is unknown and I get the error "online analysis cannot be started until PMP has collegted a performace sample. PMP will not report performance status untill the minimum specified number of samples has been collected". Anyone know why this is occuring and how to fix?

Important Note: I also upgraded the RAM in this server this morning. I am thinking this has something to do with the error.
