Point to info

I have a NAS1500 / DL100, Ultrium Autoloader, HP Power Manager software/agents, etc that don't get recognized correctly in SIM. I thought I saw a help PDF on integrating some of these in easily somewhere on the hp site, but can't seem to locate it anymore. If I haven't gone looney, can anyone point me to it?
