Pop-Up Window When Alert Generated?

Currently Running HP SIM 5.1 SP1

With an older version of Compaq Insight Manager that I used to use which was not a web client, when an alert was generated a pop-up window appeared. Is this something that can be done with my current version? I cannot find that anywhere.
