Preserving trap src when forwarding traps

Hello

We are forwarding traps from our SIM server to our HP NNM console, but all the trap sources are pretty useless since they all come from the SIM server itself and the trap variables has no info about the originating host.

How can I get SIM to keep the originating host as the trapsrc when forwarding traps to NNM or how can I make a varind that displayes it in the msg?

The only way around that would be to direct the traps directly from the agents. HP SIM would have to 'spoof' the originating device for what you are asking and that is a security no-no.
