Re: Problem on login.jsp
I really can't encourage hacking of the HP SIM code. Your problem is probably related to 2 issues, one being the MS04-25 security patch and you also identify yourself as using XP SP2. See the threads at http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=656817 and http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=663880

Re: Problem on login.jsp
I had the same problem with windows 2000 advanced server SP4 and after i include a reference to this function HPSIM start the screen logon. The login.jsp file has that function but never use it. I install that on windows xp SP1 and i have the same problem too. I looking for a call to this function on my HPSIM installation and it's never called anywere. Attached file is the original login.jsp without any changes.
Regards,
Carlos
