Problem with SIM and SNMP

I've three server: for two of them SIM doesn't show product name.
I've done the identify system task and the response is:
Checking for SNMP support on system.
The system did not respond to SNMP, verify security settings and community strings.

But I've installed the snmp on windows 2003 server.

How can i resolve the problem?

Fixed:
in the Global Credentials, I add in the SNMP credential the name that I found on the windows service.
