Problems with Dell 10892.mib

I was advised by a consultant to delete the dell10892.mib that came with SIM and install the v5.2 from Dell.

Under manage system types delete the old Dell Server and add a new one.

System object identifier: Get from system, successful

MIB variable object identifier: Retrieve from MIB:
MIB definition file name: dell10892v53.mib

It has no properties to select for MIB variable name!

What do I do now?

How can I fix this or where can I get the old file back from?

Re: Problems with Dell 10892.mib

No luck with any of the files yet, but I've opened a ticket with HP and found out SP3 has just been released.

Waiting for a call back from them, but probably will end up putting on SP3 and seeing what happens.

Re: Problems with Dell 10892.mib

Can someone post what they get from this command on the CMS?

mxstm -l -n "Dell Server"

All I have is SNMP and I think I need DMI as well, but not sure what it needs to get that in there.

Here are my results from the command:

Protocol: SNMP
Product model: Dell Server
System object identifier: 1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.1.3.1.2
Sys OID compare rule: 3
Private MIB OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.674.10892.1.100.1
OID value: Server Administrator
OID compare rule: 1
Product type: Server
Product sub type: Dell
