Process for Demo Server request

Hello Team,

Any part of the world, Govt entities always need demo servers for testing by their QA team.  Please advise the process to be followed for requesting demo servers . Is there any portal where the request need to be submitted ?  Who approves the request ? Is it Partner business manager ?  Are there any commercials involved ?  Whats the timeline to send back the equipment.  What are the considerations needed  in going for demo server request ?
