Re-installing HP Management Pack Error

Hello,

I have a server that had HP Management Pack (with Insight Manager) where Windows became corrupted. I had to do a parallel install of Windows to get this system back up in a timely manner. It is a domain controller and everything is running fine.

I contacted HP support since the HP management software no longer worked since the sql databases were set up under the old computer name. They said to completely uninstall everything and get rid of the sql databases associated with the old server name. I did all of that and then started putting a fresh install on the server.

It installed the System Management Homepage, but when the Insight Manager install comes up I get an error saying TCP/IP must be enabled and to do it through the file SVRNETCN.EXE. When I try to do that I have no protocols available for the database MICROSOFT##SSEE.

Any ideas on what I need to do to get Insight Manager working? Thanks.
