Remote Support Client on hosted VM
Hello @all,
can i use the remote support client with hp-sim on a hosted virtual machine that i can send hp eva service event´s to the hp support center ??
i only want to use the automatic service notification and not all the features from the HP Service Essentials Remote Support Pack.
The online pdf advice that The Service Essentials Remote Support Pack does NOT support being hosted on Virtual Systems.
regards
chris

Re: Remote Support Client on hosted VM
Hello David,
did you know if HP will support RSP under VM in the next future?
Because a dual quadcore 3GHz is not the right host for the monitoring software.
Regards Peter
