Remote Support Services

Hi!

I've installed SIM5.1, including the Remote Support Pack. I've filled in the information required on the Remote Support Settings (found under Options>Remote Support Configuration and Services). When I go to the other tab which is the Remote Support Services, I can only see 1 server listed there. I've done a Refresh List but still the same. Am I missing something here? Any help is much appreciated.
