Remote Support Software Manager

I have setup and tested the Remote Support Software Manager and the connection is successful. But after I check for new packages and go to the packages screen, there are no packages to install. I know that there should be at least 3 packages in that list to install. Any ideas why it would test successfully but not get any packages?
