Remote Support Software Manager

Hi,

I want to use the described addon above for our HP SIM especially the CW tab inside the SIM, unfortunately I can't download any packages with this tool. After a few tries I can't see anything in the packages list, I have double checked all kind of network issues an can't see any errors in the logs. Does somebody where I can have a look as well to fix this??
