repackaging SIM Agents for initial install on RH ES3

I have an environment with approx 200 Red Hat ES3 servers that I need to deploy HP SIM agents on. the configuration is common, including the kernel rev. What I want to do is repackage the installation in RPM format on a dev box so that I do not need any source code on the production servers durring installation.
