Repeating Alerts

We recently had an issue with our HVAC so a number of servers did a thermal shutdown.

Everything has been cleared in the SMH and the servers are Green, but everytime the Agents are restarted a number of the servers are resending the "Server Operational (6026)" trap to the CMS. Any ideas where else I need to clear these errors?
