Replicate Agent Settings: error messages at random?
Hi,
When doing a Replicate Agent Settings task, some systems are SOMETIMES not updated with the new settings and those systems get the following error in the task results:
"Could not contact the agents to initiate a secure session, the HP web agent(s) may be stopped, uninstalled, or downgraded."
The weird thing is that the agents are not stopped, uninstalled of downgraded... Moments later those errors don't appear anymore when running the task a 2nd or 3rd time...
Can anyone explain this?
Thanks!
Pedro

Re: Replicate Agent Settings: error messages at random?
Hi,
I have the same issues. Have ahd them for a long time. Tried to change settings, restarts, reinstalling services and so on without any success.
I was hoping that this would be solved in some SIM or software update, but so far not.
Did you find an answer to your question somewere?
I would be greatful if you could let me know in that case!
Thanx a lot,
Ola

Re: Replicate Agent Settings: error messages at random?
I have not heard of this problem before. I am curious what kind of trust relationship you have setup? Are you using Trust By Cert or Trust By Name? I don't know that it would make a dufference.
