Report on hardware agent thresholds

Is there any way to report on threshold settings for all systems, weather it be through a custom query against the Insight Database or through a report in the insight application? Is that information stored in the SIM Database anywhere? Is it replicated back from the local agent?

For example, I would like to report on what disk threshold setting are on all windows systems.

No, that information is at the local agents, not in the HP SIM database.
