Running Custom Command on SIM 4.2

I'm trying to run a local script file from my SIM server, job keeps failing. If I run the script file from a DOS window on the server it self it completes fine. Error I receive within SIM is a Authentication failure. From what I have been told Custom Command uses OpenSSH, which is installed on the SIM Server. I even verified that it has the proper local admin id and password. So why am I still getting a Authentication failure error everytime SIM tries to execute this script? This script file is running localy on the SIM server.
