Running event triggerd batch on SIM5.0SP4

I try to run a batch file from SIM 5.0 SP4 via the custom commands. There are no passed variables and the batch should run on the SIM host.When i try to run this batch by run now, i get the Error message "String index out of range:-1",see also attached picture.

Anyone have any advice ?

What is your language set to? If I remember correctly, this can occur when HP SIM is not running in an English environment.

the SIM runs on W2K3/SP1 engl.

Oops, I misspoke. It's not language, it's regional settings. Workaround is to edit the file, globalsettings.props, and change CMSLocale=xx_XX (or whatever it is) to CMSLocale=en_US
