Server information not refreshing

Even though I have fixed the cause for an error, like replacing a HD, it does not show up in SIM as fixed. I am using SIM 5.0 SP4, so it's not that old. It makes SIM nearly worthless because you can't tell what has been fixed and what needs to be fixed.

If you follow the HW link, what is still showing an error?
The IML can still have the error as uncleared, that also needs to be cleared before the agent reports green.

If you follow the link the HW shows fine. The IML is cleared.

Looking at this in more detail the IML had not been cleared. Now it appears to be working fine. Thank you, Colin
