Server not supported error message

I have been tasked with running the HP Insight Diagnostics on our servers. We currently have noting in place now.

I installed the latest version of the System Management Homepage on a server, next I installed the HP Insight Diagnostics. For some servers I am able to get the Diags to run and its a excellent report. On other servers I get an error message that reads
"HP Insight Diagnostics is not supported on this porduct. Manufacturer: HP, Product Name: Prolinant DL320 G2, System ID: 000h"

I also have a DL360 G3 that I get this error on.

If these hardware platform is not supported how to I get the same type of report? Or what to do to fix the problem?

What version of HP Insight Diags are you using? Have you tried the latest release?
