Server upgrades
Do any of you know what the procedure is to get all the PMP and SIM things working again when you upgrade a server??
We Rename the old server and give the new one the existing name. The problem is the server will not show up in my SIM server list but when I try to add it through manual discovery the server says it is already there.
Now I know that the PMP liscense are dependent on server serial numbers but how does one give the new server a licesnse and rediscover it with existing name. It does not show that server name anywhere in Liscening or PMP config. The old server is taken out of production at this time.
Thanks
