Set Reference Support Pack globally
Is there an easy way to set the reference support pack among all servers?

Re: Set Reference Support Pack globally
Jerry,
Under the Configure menu you have the option of "Replicate Agent Settings". Once under this tool, choose your target servers that don't yet have the Global reference. Then on the next screen you can choose a Source or template server that does have this setting already in place (or there is an edit link to set it while under this utility). You will see a +sign next to Version Control Agent. Under that area will be a check box to select what Reference Pack you chose for this servers' VCA. Then once you have chosen this or other settings to duplicate, you can either schedule this job to run immediately or at some later point in time. If the target servers that you chose on the first screen have a Trust relationship with this SIM server, SIM will in turn duplicate the Reference Support Pack setting on to these targets.
