Setting a custom baseline on each server via a script?
Our old HP SIM / VCRM server was replaced. I populated our new HP SIM via MXNODE. In the VCRM I setup custom basel lines per OS. Is there some way to set a custom baseline on each node / agent without having to go to each server's VCA and manually setting it? I am not aware of any CLI for VCRM that will do this.

Re: Setting a custom baseline on each server via a script?
Set up a reference server manually, then you can use Replicate Agent Settings in HP SIM to blast it out to all the like systems that will share the same baseline. Repeat for each baseline in use.

Re: Setting a custom baseline on each server via a script?
Or, if you are like me and find that replicate agent settings works about half the time, you could script a copy of the vcagent.options file out to all servers.
The file lives in C:\hp\hpsmh\data\cgi-bin\vcagent. Just create a "gold" copy on a random server and then create a simple batch file or VB script to copy that file to all your servers matching that baseline.
