Setting Up Insight Manager (Beginners Guide)

Trying to set up Insight Manager 5.0 SP5, to monitor our servers, but not sure what i need to do!
Managed to, discover the servers on our network and it seems to been monitoring them ok, but was wondering if this is all i need to do?
I've looked through the users guide, but that just confused me more.
What do i need to install on the servers inorder for insight manager to monitor them properly?
