SIM 4.2 and Netware 6.5
We have the following problems with SIM 4.2 and Netware 6.5 agents (DL380G4). We have redundant power supply, but if we pull the plug of one psu, SIM does not show a snmp trap. If I run a simple trap console on the SIM server after disabling SIM services the trap is shown correctly by that console.
Any ideas?
We have RAID1 config on the SmartArray 6i controller. If we pull on drive no trap is sent from the agent. However the correct message is shown on the Netware console screen. Also the System Management Homepage of that server does not show any info about the SCSI RAID. It only shows the IDE controller under the mass storage section.
Any ideas what's wrong here?
Thank's for your help.
