SIM 4.2 custom installation location

I try to install SIM 4.2 on Windows 2003 with the custom installation option, but the process doesn't ask me for an installation directory as it did in SIM 4.1. It defaults to C:\hp\hpsmh. I want to be able to install all components on a location that I can specify. How can I solve this ? Btw : I first uninstalled 4.1 completely.
