I get the following messages when I try to set the disk threshold:
The agent does not trust the HP Systems Insight Manager server, establish a trust relationship.
AND
Could not set the disk threshold, the agent did not accept the request.

Solution
Nick,
If you are using trust by certificate as your trust mode you need to import your central management servers certificate onto your managed node. If you are not concerned with trust you can set your trust mode to trust all as an alternate way to solve this issue.

Re: SIM 4.2 Disk Threshold
That seem to work. I setup SIM onto a new server and had to import the new certificate. Thanks for your help. I am now running into an issue where i have remote servers in other offices that i don't know the passwords to logon. Is there a way to just reset the password?

Re: SIM 4.2 Disk Threshold
Nick,
What version of agents are you running on the systems that the passwords are unknown on? If the agents are version 7.2 or higher they use windows authentication. If 7.1 or lower there is a file called cpqhmmd.acl located in the compaq/wbem folder. If your replace that file with a file from a system where you know the password the passwords will be set to be the same.
