SIM 5.3 SP1 Problems after OSEM uninstall

Hi everybody,
I am using HP SIM Server Version 5.3 SP1
last week I got a mail from HP OSEM is no longer supported and I have to unistall it, what I did. Sine that my SIM make strange things.
When I open the task manager there are 30x cmd.exe in the processes tab. The System is most of the time 100% idle. The system have 4 GB ram.

Any Idea?
