SIM 5 login problems
I have a remote SIM 5 server that appears to
be "rejected" logins via routers/firewalls.
All we get is the initial port 50000 login
page (username,password,domain,timezone). This
will time out after a period and take you back
to the same screen but emptied, or sometimes
a failure page about apache/tomcat.
Cookies are enabled, security is medium-high,
local access to the sim is ok with all user
ids.
Anyone with an idea as to where to start ?

Re: SIM 5 login problems
OK, I knew about that bit - our problem
is getting connected to the management
console in the first place.

Re: SIM 5 login problems
Did you see blocked requests in firewall logs?
For test purpose only try to open all ports on your firewalls and see if you can log.
Maybe your problem not related to firewall.
Do you have right version of Java runtime installed on client?
There is a list of all ports used by SIM:
