SIM 7.0 Data Collection not updating Installed Controllers

SIM 7.0 Data Collection not updating Installed Controllers

When running a SIM 7.0 report for Installed Controllers, the information is not updating, in particular, network controllers.  Data collection tasks seem to be finishing without error.  SNMP seems to be working fine.

 

Have restarted SIM services, SNMP and SMH on target servers.

 

One server reports no installed controllers yet reports the integrated NC373i controller in slot 0.

 

The Network Interface report shows the installed HP NC550SFP controller.

 

Please advise.
