SIM Cert. transfer protocol

SIM Cert. transfer protocol

What is the protocol/port that is used to transfer the cert to the client? When I pull up some server in Insight it tells me that it can't pull the cert. The network team here can't seem to catch the failure and we have the standard ports opened. (2301, 2381, 135..)

On our ESX Servers it opens port 280 for the cert transfer.
