SIM connection via VPN - Loading data ...

Hello,

I'm trying to help out a colleague who has given me access to his SIM server via a Cisco VPN.
I can get to the login screen very quickly and logs in OK, but it takes absolutely ages 10+ Mins to display the attached screen.

This screen never populates with the 26 devices is shows in the headings, even after 30+ mins.
all it ever says is Loading Data...

Any suggestions?
