SIM displaying incorrect data in reports...
We utilize SIM primarily for reporting. When running a report to determine firmware versions for our array controllers I noticed that there are some inconsistencies in the data. We have several controllers that are reporting a 6i controller in the "model" field and 6400 in the "Board Name" field.
Can anyone point me in the direction of documentation that would tell me how and where this information is pulled from?
Which information is correct?

Re: SIM displaying incorrect data in reports...
I'll have to find one and see this, but all that information comes from the Insight Agents via SNMP.

Re: SIM displaying incorrect data in reports...
I've had problems with the actual memory on the servers. One report tells me one thing and another tells something else. I'm going to have to really check the information so that I could find out what's correct and what's not.
